摘要
利用成组化的思想对异形结构件的进行分析归类,将异形结构件划分为不同的结构类型,并针对不同零件的结构类型进行基于装夹方式的成组化工艺流程梳理,实现异形结构件的成组化工艺设计,以快速的适应现阶段航空异形结构件在尺寸和形状上的不断变化,同时提高航空异形结构件的加工效率和精度.
Abstract
The structure of special-shaped structural parts is analyzed by using the idea of histochemical,and the structural types of special-shaped structures are divided into different structural types.According to the structural types of different parts,the histochemical technological process based on clamping mode is combed to realize the histochemical process design of special-shaped structural parts,so as to quickly adapt to the changing size and shape of aeronautical special-shaped structural parts at the present stage.The machining efficiency and accuracy of aeronautical special-shaped structural parts are improved.
