摘要
为解决封闭箱体结构中大尺寸轴承定位安装困难问题,设计一种轴承安装装置.该装置通过中心轴、螺纹杆、固定定位盘、活动定位盘等结构,以手动旋转安装方式,实现轴承在封闭空间的准确定位安装,操作复杂度低,安装稳定可靠,提升轴承安装效率.
Abstract
In order to solve the difficult problem of Bearing installation in enclosed space,a type of Bearing installation Device is designed.Based on the device of central axis,threaded rod,stationary positioning plate,mobile positioning plate,bearing install precisely in enclosed areas by the way of manually rotation.The device has low operational complexity,stable and reliable installation,and improves the efficiency of bearing installation.
