碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料在三自惯组中的精度提升研究

摘要
为适应三自惯组重量轻、体积小、精度高、环境适应性强的应用需求,使用碳化硅增强铝基复合材料(SiC/Al)进行了某三自惯组台体零件设计、加工及试验验证,并和原7075高强度铝合金材料台体进行了对比分析.结果表明,碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料能够有效减小台体形变,提高仪表安装误差稳定性,提升惯组导航精度.
Abstract
In order to meet the application requirements of light weight,small volume,high precision and strong environmental adaptability,the silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite(SiC/Al)was used to design,process and verify the platform of the"three-self"inertial measurement combination.The results show that the silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite can effectively reduce the deformation of the platform,improve the stability of the instrument installation error,and improve the navigation accuracy of the inertial measurement combination.
