摘要
采用实验方法检测一种无刷直流电机电磁锁制器失效与结构参数的关系.通过调整解锁电压值和锁制器壳体凸台高度,排除了剩磁引起的不回锁因素,提高了电机质量稳定性,为这种无刷直流电机的广泛应用奠定了基础.
Abstract
The experimental method was used to detect the relationship between the failure of a BLDCM electromagnetic lock-apparatus and the structural parameters.By adjusting the unlocking voltage and the height of lock-apparatus housing boss,the non-locked factor caused by residual magnetism was excluded,the BLDCM quality stability was improved,it laid the foundation for the wide application of this brushless BLDCM.
