飞机防滑刹车系统与地面结合系数关系研究

本文从飞机防滑刹车系统组成、工作原理出发,研究飞机刹车系统最大刹车压力与刹车机轮径向载荷、轮胎与地面间的结合系数间的关系.提出通过感载比例阀实时检测飞机载荷,自动调节刹车系统最大刹车压力,从而达到飞机防滑刹车系统智能控制.这种刹车系统控制方法能够提高飞机刹车效率、缩短刹车距离、减少轮胎磨损量,提高飞机着陆的安全性、可靠性.
Study on The Relationship Between Aircraft Anti-skid Braking System and Ground Adhesion Coefficient
Based on the composition and working principle of aircraft anti-skid braking system,the relationship between the maximum braking pressure of aircraft braking system and the radial load of brake wheel,the combination coefficient between tire and ground is studied in this paper.This paper puts forward the method of detecting aircraft load in real time by load sensing proportional valve and automatically adjusting the maximum braking pressure of the braking system,so as to achieve the intelligent control of aircraft anti-skid braking system.The braking system control method can improve the braking efficiency,shorten the braking distance,reduce tire wear and improve the safety and reliability of landing.
