Research on Fault of Speed Drop Exceeding the Tolerance in Gyro Rotor System
In response to the excessive speed drop of the gyroscope rotor system during testing of a certain type of product,the repair process of the gyroscope rotor system was analyzed.The structure of the main bearing,cleaning effect,and lubricating oil used were tested and analyzed,and the effect of oil injection on the gyroscope speed was studied.It was found that the main reason for the excessive speed drop of the gyroscope rotor system was the deterioration of the bearing lubrication environment,which increased the friction torque of the gyroscope rotor main bearing.In the repair process,by controlling the cleanliness and cleaning time of the cleaning agent for the main bearing of the gyroscope rotor,as well as the amount of oil injected and removed from the main bearing,the problem of excessive speed drop in the gyroscope rotor system was solved.
