摘要
涡轮导向器排气面积测量精度对发动机性能参数的计算准确性有重要影响.本文开发了一套涡轮导向器排气面积检测技术,实现了涡轮导向器排气面积单组件和整盘状态的高精度在线测量,提升了发动机性能与可靠性.
Abstract
The measurement accuracy of turbine nozzle throat area has an important influence on the calculation accuracy of engine performance parameters.A set of turbine nozzle throat area measurement technology is developed,which can realize high precision on-line measurement of turbine nozzle throat area with single component and whole disc state,and the performance and reliability of aero-engine are improved.
