0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al材料高低温性能试验研究

通过对0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al钢材时效后取样分别检测其在室温、高温(300℃)和低温(-55℃)下的力学性能、在温度-55℃~300℃的热膨胀系数以及0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al材料制成成品螺母在室温、高温(300℃)和低温(-55℃)下的轴向失效载荷试验,得出其在不同使用温度下的性能数据.结果表明:0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al材料在高温下性能有所降低,在低温下强度明显增大,但韧性降低、塑性变差.为航天类标准件0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al材料的应用提供重要的参考价值.
0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al Experimental Study on High and Low Temperature Properties of Material
The mechanical properties of 0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al steel at room temperature,high temperature(300℃)and low temperature(-55℃),thermal expansion coefficient at-55℃~300℃,and the finished nut made of 0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al material at room temperature,high temperature(300℃)and low temperature(-55℃)were tested by sampling after aging.The performance data at different temperatures were obtained by axial failure load test.The results showed that the performance of 0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al decreases at high temperature,and the strength increases obviously at low temperature,but the toughness decreases and the plasticity deteriorates.It provides important reference value for the application of 0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al material for aerospace standard parts.
