Research on Application of Anti-stress Relaxation Technology of Compression Spring
The principles and functions of various anti-stress relaxation techniques are discussed.The problem that the free height of compression spring is too small after compressive treatment is analyzed and dealt with.The thermal compression process and its influence on anti-stress relaxation performance were studied.The relationship between the microstructure properties of steel wire and the anti-stress relaxation ability is analyzed.The heat treatment process optimization can improve the properties of steel wire and the anti-stress relaxation ability of spring.
