摘要
文章以某壳体零件铣削加工的模块化夹具设计为例,提出了一套通用、高效的模块化夹具设计流程,通过加强各模块的通用性和互换性设计,实现工装夹具的快速设计、组装与更换.该技术能够减少夹具专用件数量,降低企业制造成本,提高生产效率.
Abstract
The modular fixture design for milling a certain shell component was taken as an example and an universal and efficient modular fixture design process was proposed.By strengthening the universality and interchangeability design of each module,the rapid design,assembly,and replacement of the fixture could be achieved.It could reduce the number of specialized parts for fixtures,reduce manufacturing costs for enterprises,and improve production efficiency.
