本文针对精密衬套深盲孔底部研磨膏难以清洗的问题,研究了研磨配套后深盲孔清洁度的控制方法,提出了将研磨杆锥度比例改进至1:70、加大冲洗夹具深入量的优化措施.实验验证表明,优化措施能够提升精密深盲孔的加工质量,同时提高了产品的清洁度水平.
Optimization of Cleanliness Control Method for Precision Liner Deep Blind Hole
The problem of difficulty in cleaning the bottom grinding paste of precision liner deep blind holes was focused on.A control method for the cleanliness of deep blind holes after grinding matching was studied,and optimization measures were proposed to improve the taper ratio of the grinding rod to 1:70 and increase the depth of the flushing fixture.The experimental verification showed that the optimization measures could improve the machining quality of precision deep blind holes and improve the cleanliness level of products.
