双线通信供电接口设计技术

摘要
航空站、无人机及各种大型航空装备正常运行时,都需要加装许多不同种类的传感器进行实时监控.为了监测稳定,传感器之间采用有线通信方式仍然占据主导地位.由于目前有线通信至少需要四根线,即一对电源和一对通信线,当传感器数量增多时,布线走线问题就成为了限制监测指标的重要因素.因此,本文提出了一种基于双线通信和供电一体的接口设计方法.实验表明,本文设计的双线通信供电接口在满足为各个传感器供电的基础上也能通过485等差分总线很好地完成通信,且支持的最大传感器数量理论上超过100个.
Abstract
Because the current wired communication needs at least four lines,that is,a pair of power supply and a pair of communication lines,when the number of sensors increases,the wiring problem has become an important factor limiting the monitoring index.An interface design method based on dual line communication and power supply is proposed.The experiment shows that the two-wire communication power supply interface designed can also complete the communication through the 485 differential bus on the basis of satisfying the power supply for each sensor,and the maximum number of supported sensors is theoretically more than 100.
