泡沫夹芯板四点弯曲力学性能研究

为研究泡沫夹芯板在弯曲载荷下的力学响应和损伤模式,本文对碳纤织物泡沫夹芯板进行了四点弯曲试验,并结合Abaqus软件建立了夹芯板四点弯曲的三维有限元模型进行分析,结果发现泡沫夹芯板的主要损伤模式为基体/纤维压缩破坏,与实验保持一致.最后通过仿真,对比分析了不同泡沫厚度和材料强度的泡沫夹芯板的弯曲性能的影响.结果表明,泡沫厚度越大,泡沫强度越高,夹芯板整体刚度越高,抗弯能力也越强.
Study on Four Point Bending Mechanical Properties of Foam Sandwich Panels
In order to study the mechanical response and damage mode of the foam sandwich board under bending load,a four-point bending test of the carbon fiber fabric foam sandwich board was conducted,and a three-dimensional finite element model of the four-point bending of the sandwich board was established with Abaqus software for finite element analysis.The results showed that the main damage mode of the foam sandwich board was matrix/fiber compression failure,which was consistent with the experiment.The influence of different foam thickness and material strength on the bending properties of the foam sandwich panels was analyzed by simulation.The results show that the greater the thickness of foam,the higher the strength of foam,the higher the overall stiffness of sandwich panel,and the stronger the bending capacity.
