GH625合金盘类零件振动时效应力调控工艺研究

本文通过模态分析确定了GH625合金盘类零件的毛坯件和粗加工工件振动时效处理的装夹方式,结合振动时效仿真分析和扫频确定振动时效共振频率,分析了振动时效后毛坯件和粗加工工件残余应力调减以及均化效果.以共振频率750Hz振动时效处理后毛坯件的径向残余应力和周向残余应力最大值分别降低了58.17%、41.03%,应力均化率可达56.32%;以共振频率560Hz振动时效处理后粗加工工件的径向残余应力和周向残余应力最大值分别减小了20.65%、54.31%,应力均化率可达50.34%,实现了GH625合金盘类件残余应力的有效释放.
Research on Vibration Aging Stress Regulation Process of GH625 Alloy Disc Parts
The clamping method of vibration aging treatment for blanks and roughly machined workpieces of GH625 alloy disc parts was determined through modal analysis,the resonance frequency of vibration aging by combining vibration aging simulation analysis and frequency sweeping were determined,and the reduction of residual stresses in blanks and roughly machined workpieces were analyzed after vibration aging as well as the homogenization effect.The maximum values of and were reduced by 58.17%and 41.03%respectively after vibration aging treatment at a resonance frequency of 750Hz,and the stress homogenization rate could reach 56.32%,the maximum values of and of roughing workpieces after vibration aging treatment at a resonance frequency of 560Hz have been reduced by 20.65%and 54.31%,respectively,and the stress homogenization rate could reach 50.34%,realizing the effective release of residual stress of GH625 alloy disc parts.
