本文针对14面反射镜制造现状,提出了一种五轴加工方案,并基于DEFORM-3D仿真软件,设计单因素仿真试验,通过对比分析,选取切削力较小、稳定性较好的切削用量,减小切削变形,从而提高零件表面质量.为减少人工参与,研究制定了涵盖坐标系自动校正、自动补偿加工的连续性生产工艺过程.
Research on Machining Process of a 14-Facet Laser Radar Reflective Mirror Based on DEFORM-3D
The current manufacturing status of the 14-facet reflective mirror were addressed and a five-axis machining solution was proposed.Utilizing the DEFORM-3D simulation software,the single-factor simulation experiments were designed to select cutting parameters with lower cutting forces and better stability.This approach aims to reduce machining deformation and improve the surface quality of the parts.To minimize manual intervention,a continuous production process was developed covering automatic coordinate system calibration and automatic compensation machining.
