Application and Verification of Carbon Fiber Composites on a Certain Type Shell
This research describes the design,manufacturing,analysis and tests during carbon fiber composites applied on the shell structure.Combined with the characteristics of composite material,the design process and manufacturing method of this shell are introduced.The software ABAQUS is used to analyze the displacement and the strain according to the forces in working conditions.The static test and environmental test are passed(including vibration,acceleration,impact),verifying the feasibility of the application of carbon fiber composites in this product,and the aim of weight optimization is achieved.
