本文针对铸件整体机加舱段运输过程铆接接头的疲劳性能展开研究,对手工铆接和机器人自动铆接两种铆接接头进行疲劳性能试验,通过统计学方法得到试片在不同载荷水平上的疲劳寿命,并通过电子显微镜进行断口分析,推断疲劳失效机制,并将两种接头的疲劳寿命和失效形式进行对比分析,为铸件整体机加舱段自动装配技术的应用和推广奠定了理论基础.
Research on Fatigue Life and Failure Mode of Riveted Joints During Transportation of Monolithic Castings
The fatigue properties of riveted joints during the whole machine loading section of castings were studied.The fatigue properties of the two riveted joints were tested by manual riveting and robot automatic riveting,and the fatigue life of the test pieces at different load levels was obtained by statistical method,and the fracture analysis was carried out by electron microscope to deduce the fatigue failure mechanism,and the fatigue life and failure forms of the two joints were compared and analyzed,which was the application and promotion of the automatic assembly technology of the whole machined casting the theoretical foundation has been laid.
