针对普通扳手在军机狭窄空间管路装配时易导致周边件损伤的问题,通过研究军机狭窄空间典型特征,设计制作了一种新型的套筒扳手.采用有限元方法对扳手结构强度、刚度、应力等进行了模拟分析,实现了扳手结构与狭窄空间的适配设计.该套筒扳手有效提高了狭窄空间管路装配效率及质量,为航空复杂装配制造领域扳手设计提供了参考.
Design and Application of Socket Spanner for Pipeline Assembly in Military Aircraft Narrow Space
Aiming at the problem that the common spanner is easy to cause damage to the peripheral parts when assembling pipelines in the narrow space of military aircraft,a socket spanner was designed and manufactured by studying the typical characteristics of the military aircraft narrow space.The finite element method was used to simulate the strength,stiffness and stress of the spanner structure,achieving an adaptive design between the spanner structure and narrow spaces.The socket spanner effectively improves the assembly efficiency and quality of narrow space pipelines,providing a reference for spanner design in the field of complex aviation assembly manufacturing.
