摘要
本文对某型附件中材料为1Cr18Ni9Ti的薄壁组件进行了分析、研究,通过改进其装夹方式和使用辅助工装,减小装夹和加工过程中产生的变形;通过优化切削刀具和切削参数基本消除了零件加工表成形成的振纹,保证了零件的加工质量.
Abstract
The thin-walled components of a certain type of accessories with the material of 1Cr18Ni9Ti are analyzed and studied.By improving the clamping method and using auxiliary tooling,the deformation generated in the clamping and machining process is reduced.By optimizing the cutting tool and cutting parameters,the vibration lines formed on the machining surface of the parts are basically eliminated,and the machining quality of the parts is ensured.
