基于机器视觉的航空发动机检测技术研究

随着测试计量技术及其它相关学科的发展,机器视觉是光学测量的一个分支,是将工业相机等应用于被测物体的识别、测量和定位,并以被测物体的二维图像作为获取信息的手段,具有结构小巧、信息丰富和应用灵活等优点.本文在航空发动机关键零部件几何特征如气膜孔、叶型孔和叶片缺陷等的机器视觉测量与检测技术方面开展了卓有成效的研究,并研制出了相关的专用检测设备,实现了上述发动机关键几何特征的快速检测.
Research on Aeroengine Detection Technology Based on Ma-chine Vision
With the development of test metrology technology and other related disciplines,machine vision is a branch of optical measurement,which is the application of industrial cameras to the identification,measurement and positioning of the measured object,and the two-dimensional image of the measured object as a means of obtaining information,with advantages of small structure,rich information and flexible application.The research on the machine vision measurement and detection technology of the key geometrical features of aero engine was carried out,such as gas film holes,blade profile holes and blade defects,and developed related special detection equipment to realize the rapid detection of the key geometrical features of the engine.
