本文针对高精度离心机研制中的关键技术问题,提出了一种基于内基准的动态半径测量与补偿方法.通过电感测微仪与精密量杆的结合使用,实现了动态半径的高精度测量,并在Matlab环境下进行了回归分析,确立了动态半径与加速度之间的数学关系.该方法显著提高了离心机加速度输出的准确度和稳定性,满足了高精度加速度计的测试需求.
Dynamic Radius Testing and Compensation Method for Precision Centrifuge Based on Internal Benchmark
In view of the key technical problems in the development of high-precision centrifuges,a dynamic radius measurement and compensation method based on internal reference was proposed.Through the combination of inductive micrometer and precision measuring rod,the high-precision measurement of dynamic radius was realized,and the regression analysis was carried out in Matlab environment to establish the mathematical relationship between dynamic radius and acceleration.The method improved the accuracy and stability of the centrifuge acceleration output,and met the testing needs of high-precision accelerometers.
