高温合金整体叶盘叶型通道电火花预加工技术

为实现高温合金整体叶盘叶间通道高效、低成本的加工目标,针对其材料特性及结构特点,提出利用成组电极对多个叶间通道同时电火花预加工的方案.以某高温合金整体叶盘为例,论述了电极设计、加工轨迹设计等关键技术.通过试制加工,验证了工艺方案,达到了提高加工效率、降低成本的目的.
Research on Electrical Discharge Pre-machining for Passage between adjacent Blades of Superalloy Blisk
To achieve the machining goal of high efficiency and low cost for passage between adjacent blades of a superalloy blisk,a pre-process of simultaneously machinning several passages with grouped electrode was presented based on the material an structure of a superalloy blisk.The key technologies were discussed,which included the electrode and machinning paths design.The processing plan was verified by the technological test,while achieving the goal of high efficiency and low cost.
