以某型号电子设备惯性测量组合模块为研究对象,根据技术要求,通过三维建模和有限元分析方法,对某型号电子设备惯性测量组合模块的结构设计进行了充分的理论分析和实验论证,确定了最优的结构设计.实验结果表明,在3个方向的随机振动环境下,该电子设备惯性测量组合模块具有较好的刚度和动态特性,为精密的惯性仪表提供较好的工作环境.
Design and Test Analysis of Inertial Measurement Combination Module for Electronic Device
Taking a certain model of electronic equipment inertial measurement module as the research object,according to the technical requirements,through the three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis method,the structural design of a certain model of electronic equipment inertial measurement module was theoretical analysis and experimental demonstration,and the optimal structural design was determined.The experimental results show that the electronic equipment inertial measurement module has good stiffness and dynamic characteristics under the random vibration environment in three directions,which can provide a better working environment for the precision inertial instruments.
