摘要

本文分析了民机高升力系统不同研制阶段试验台的功能需求和试验件形式,详细介绍了全面试制阶段高升力系统集成试验台设计要求,包括系统成品件布置、台架本体、运动机构与配套试验设备研制.在某型高升力系统地面试验中,该试验台设计得以充分实施,验证了高升力系统功能性能、控制逻辑与交联接口.

Abstract

The function requirement and test article configuration of integration rig during different development phase of civil aircraft high lift system were analyzed.The integration test rig design requirement involving system finished part location,bench structure,transmission mechanism and matched test facilities in high lift system trial-manufacture phase was described.The design of integration test rig was implemented in some high lift system ground test to verify the system function,performance,control logical and interface.The modular and universal design of integration test rig provided a base for follow-up high lift system development.
