摘要
通信导航识别子系统功能复杂,在飞机地面通电调试及飞行过程中故障频发,通过对故障进行分析研究,可以加强产品质量管控,提高产品技术状态、可靠性与维护性.本文就某次执行任务期间系统某波段天线接口模块虚警报故问题进行分析排查,找到问题原因制定纠正措施并进行举一反三,为后续类似系统报故问题排查提供样板,以提升产品质量、技术状态及生产排故效率.
Abstract
The communication navigation recognition subsystem has complex functions.The faults occur frequently during the ground power commissioning and flight of the aircraft.By analyzing the faults,the quality control of the product can be strengthened,and the technical status,reliability and maintainability of the product can be improved.The problem caused by virtual alarm of a certain band antenna interface module of the subsystem during a certain task execution period was analyzed and investigated.The cause of the problem was found and the corrective measures and summarizes were made.A sample for staring and continuing the troubleshooting of similar systems was provided.The product quality technical atatus and production troubleshooting efficiency were improved.
