依托材质为S136模具钢(淬火HRC52)的多曲面凸、凹配合件加工,借助北京精雕科技集团自主研发的SurfMill软件、在机测量技术等关键技术,管控刀具磨损、球头刀具尺寸及轮廓精度误差、加工过程中让刀问题、加工过程中的主轴热伸长等举措管控每个工步切削余量,同时保证加工过程中机床内、外部环境温度的稳定,可以完成零件加工的微米级精度要求,实现凸面和凹面的无缝配模,为装备制造行业如航空航天领域零部件的高精密加工提供了一种范式.
Digital Process Design and Precision Machining of Seamless Mold Matching
To ensure seamless mold matching of curved surfaces through machining,it is necessary to control the machining allowance during the machining process.In this process,not only the machining environment,the allowance after each machining step,tool shape,tool wear during the machining process,but also the thermal deformation of the tool and spindle during the machining process should be considered.By utilizing key technologies such as SurfMill software and in machine measurement technology independently developed by Beijing Jingdiao Technology Group to control cutting allowance errors in machining steps,it is possible to achieve micrometer level accuracy requirements for machining parts,achieve seamless mold matching,and provide a paradigm for CNC precision machining in the equipment manufacturing industry.
