摘要

某类泛摆线齿轮泵转速较以往提升40%,且要求在高空、高温等工况条件下进行性能试验.为满足试验要求,开展了某类泛摆线齿轮泵试验台的设计及制造.该试验台采用模块化、标准化设计方法,在单个模块设计好后,与其余模块交联从而形成整体试验验证系统,充分发挥了系统集成方面的技术优势,为相关行业泵类产品试验验证需求的单位提升设计经验参考.

Abstract

The speed of a certain type of cycloidal gear pump has increased by 40%compared to the past,and performance tests are required under working conditions such as high altitude and high temperature.In order to meet the company's product testing requirements,the design and manufacturing of a certain type of cycloidal gear pump test bench were carried out.The test bench adopted a modular and standardized design method.After a single module was designed,it was cross-linked with other modules to form an overall testing and verification system,leveraging the technical advantages of system integration and providing design experience reference for units with pump product testing and verification needs in related industries.
