基于BADA燃油消耗率的进场航班延误成本预测

随着航空运输业的迅速发展,航班延误问题也日益严重.因此提出航班延误成本预测模型,利用BADA数据库中关于航空器进场平飞和下降阶段的燃油消耗率模型,将进场航路划分为若干个平飞和下降阶段,建立进场航班的燃油消耗模型;分别计算进场航班由于执行改航策略和空中等待程序带来的延误时间成本和燃油成本;建立考虑航空器机型和进场路径因素的终端区航班延误总运行成本模型,从航班延误成本角度评估终端区延误状态.通过上海终端区的算例验证表明,本文提出的模型可为航空运行决策提供准确依据.
Prediction of Delayed Cost of Approach Flight Based on BADA Fuel Consumption Rate
With the rapid development of air transport industry,flight delays are becoming increasingly serious.Firstly,we propose a model of flight delay cost forecasting.Secondly,based on the model of fuel consumption in the BADA database,We divide the approach route into several flat and descending stages,and establish the fuel consumption model of the approach flight.We calculate the delayed time cost and fuel cost due to the implementation of the diversion strategy and the air waiting procedure respectively.We establish a total operating cost model for the terminal area flight considering the aircraft model and approach path factors and evaluate terminal area delay status from the perspective of flight delay cost.Finally,a validated example of the Shanghai terminal area shows that the proposed model can provide an accurate basis for aerial operation decision.
