Research on Two-level Inventory Configuration of Turnover Parts in Aviation Enterprises under Partial Sharing
To address the issue of partial sharing two-level configuration considering turnover parts,a par-tial sharing two-level inventory configuration model is proposed by combining partial sharing with inven-tory configuration model.Firstly, the enterprise establishes local and shared levels for priority protection, and constructs partial shared transportation processes.Secondly,a two-level inventory transfer model based on steady-state probability was established through Markov analysis of the demand relationship be-tween the two levels and the state transition of inventory in stock.Based on this model, combined with the analysis of spare parts guarantee cost composition,a partial shared transportation cost model with service level constraints is established. Then, particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the two-level inventory configuration and total system cost under the partial sharing model. Finally, through an example calculation, the obtained results are compared with independent support models under the same guarantee rate, indicating that the partially shared two-level configuration model can significantly reduce the total cost and inventory of the system, providing a decision-making basis for formulating a reasonable spare parts configuration plan.
