MBSE方法在飞机功能设计中的应用与探索

随着民用飞机数字化技术水平的提升,民机机载电子系统的设计与系统间的交互越来越复杂,因此保证飞机顶层功能完整的分解至系统是现代民机设计的难点之一.传统基于文件的民机功能设计方法难以准确捕捉功能的复杂逻辑和交联关系,容易在功能设计与传递中产生设计错误.提出了一种基于模型的飞机功能设计方法,可在设计初期较准确地实现飞机功能设计表达和分解传递,提升飞机顶层功能设计质量,降低后期返工的风险.
Application and Exploration of MBSE Method in Aircraft Functional Design
With the development of digital technology for civil aircraft,the design of on-board electronic systems and the interaction between systems have become increasingly complex.Therefore,ensuring the complete decomposition of the top-level functions of the aircraft to the system is one of the difficulties in the design of modern civil aircraft.The traditional document-based function design method for civil air-craft is difficult to accurately capture the complex logic and cross-link relationships of functions,and it is easy to generate design errors in function design and transmission.This paper proposes a model-based aircraft function design method,which can accurately realize the expression,decomposition and transmis-sion of aircraft function in the early stage of design,improve the quality of top-level function design of aircraft,and reduce the risk of later rework.
