Integrated Recovery Based on Column Generation Method
To address the problem of flight recovery caused by emergencies,the crews recovery problem is considered simultaneously with the aircraft recovery problem,building up an integrated recovery problem of aircrafts and crews.Aiming at minimizing the recovery costs for airlines under the scenarios where air-ports experience prolonged closures,a combination of four recovery methods,including the re-assignment of aircraft and crew flight routes,flight delays and flight cancellations,is employed andan integrated air-craft-crew recovery model is built based on resource assignment model,solving by column generation al-gorithm.Experimental results demonstrate that compared to the direct delay of flights,this approach re-duces the aircraft grounding rate by 8.7%,lowers the flight cancellation rate by 11.4%,and achieves a cost reduction of 18.7%,which proves the effectiveness of the integrated recovery method.
