Simulation of Two-stage Parachute Recovery of UAV and Sensitivity Analysis of Attachment Point
A two-stage parachute recovery dynamic model of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)was es-tablished based on multi-body dynamics,in response to the fact that most UAVs use the main parachute to open while ignoring the impact of the drag parachute to open. The dynamic characteristics of the UAV two-stage parachute system were analyzed.Taking a certain UAV as the research object, the trajectory,at-titude and other motion characteristics under the action of a two-stage parachute were obtained.By mov-ing the drag parachute attachment point and the main parachute attachment point, the sensitivity of the pitch angle and flight trajectory to the attachment point during the UAV parachute landing process was analyzed. The research results showed that the parachute landing system can effectively complete the UAV recovery task. The conclusions obtained can provide reference for the design of drag parachute and main parachute attachment points.
