The technology readiness assessment determined the even chance of arms equipment,especially complexity of arms equipment multidimensional cooperate with the design,manu,facture,test,and all the components,systems coupling,the technology readiness assessment is complexity.Currently,the technolo-gy readiness assessmen of arms equipment depend on critical technology element(CTE)withal in the only design area.The paper showed a new model of Aero-engine readiness assessment based MBSE,the judge of particular principle refer to the five area of design,manufacture,configuration reliability,application material,test,establish a new engineering method of the aero-engine readiness assessment,the method is applicable in the other arms equipment.
