基于三角模糊数层次分析法的CBTA方法研究

摘要
随着飞行员技能全生命周期管理体系的提出,对飞行员的训练和评估逐渐开始向CBTA转变.为建立CB-TA模型,对九大核心胜任力进行分类,运用基于三角模糊数的层次分析法评价九大核心胜任力,建立基于可观察行为OB的飞行员核心胜任力评价标准,计算九大核心胜任力及其OB的综合权重并进行排序.结果表明,非技术胜任力和技术胜任力在飞行员培养体系中同样重要,且提出的模型能有效分析出各项核心胜任力及其OB的影响力大小,从而为我国飞行人员培养体系建设提供相关参考.
Abstract
With the pilots'Professionalism Lifecycle Management(PLM)proposed,the training and evalu-ation of pilots gradually change to Competency Based Training and Assessment(CBTA).In order to estab-lish the CBTA model,the nine core competencies are classified and evaluated using the triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process.Additionally,an evaluation criteria for pilot core competencies based on observable behaviors(OB)is established,followed by calculating and sorting the comprehensive weights of both the nine core competencies and their OB.The results show that non-technical competen-cies and technical competencies are equally important in the pilot training system,while the proposed model can effectively analyze the influence of each core competency and its OB,so as to provide relevant references for the construction of China's pilot training system.
