民用飞机空调系统组件为用户提供合适压力及温度的空气,其存在运行环境复杂,故障率高等特点.基于某型国产民机空调系统原理和航线运行维护经验,分析了飞机空调组件运行典型故障及可用参数,结合设计、试飞数据拟合压气机温升特性函数推算缺失参数,建立了基于温度补偿的空调组件性能评估算法.利用该方法,可以对空调组件性能进行有效监控和提前预警,实现基于故障预测的视情维护;实践证明,方法可以有效降低空调系统故障率,提高飞机运行效率.
Research on Civil Aircraft Air-conditioning Pack Prognostic Based on Performance Evaluation
Air-conditioning pack of civil aircraft provides air at suitable pressure and temperature for us-ers.It has serval characteristics such as complex operating environment and high failure rate.This article describes a performance evaluation method of air-conditioning pack base on temperature compensation.It is based on the principle of air-conditioning system,airline operation and maintenance experience to a-nalysis parameters of typical operation fault and parameters of air-conditioning pack combined with the extrapolated missing parameters base on the compressor temperature rise characteristic function with the design and test flight data.With this method,the air-conditioning pack can be effectively monitored and early warned so that condition based maintenance can be realized.Practice shows that this method can ef-fectively reduce the fault rate of air-conditioning system and improve the efficiency of aircraft operation.
