基于最小二乘的阵风响应非线性降阶模型研究

阵风是大气中一种强度较大的风扰动.降阶模型是解决阵风响应CFD数值模拟计算成本高和周期长的有效手段.针对阵风响应的高效高精度计算分析需求,基于非定常CFD数值模拟和本征正交分解并行方法,研究发展了基于物理的非线性最小二乘法阵风响应非线性预测降阶模型,采用亚声速和跨声速算例进行了验证.阵风响应非线性降阶模型预测结果与CFD非定常计算结果的对比分析表明:该模型具有可靠的计算精度和较高的效率,适合用于飞机设计所需的阵风精确高效快速分析.
Study of Nonlinear Reduced Order Modeling Based on LSQ for Gust Response Predictions
Gust is a strong wind disturbance in the atmosphere.Reduced order model is an effective means to solve the problem of high cost and long period of gust response CFD numerical simulation.Based on the unsteady numerical simulation of CFD,a nonlinear reduced order model is developed to meet needs of high efficiency and high precision calculation and analysis of gust response,which consists in parallel proper orthogonal decomposition and nonlinear least square method and is based on flow physics.Subsonic and transonic tests were run.The comparison between the results using the reduced order model and the unsteady CFD method shows that the model is computationally accurate and efficient,which is suitable for gust response analysis in the aircraft design and certification process.
