Quality Evaluation of Simulator Collaborative Training under Improved Cloud Element Model
To further enhance the ability of pilots and dispatchers to actively respond to complex real oper-ational environment risks and improve the quality of student training, this paper proposes a satisfaction e-valuation system for pilot dispatcher collaborative training based on collaborative decision-making,based on the ADDIE model that considers competency training and evaluation concepts, and an improved cloud element model based on mixed weighting is used for evaluation.By constructing a mixed weight matrix, calculating the comprehensive cloud membership degree between evaluation indicators, quantifying the fuzziness and randomness of evaluation indicators, and obtaining the final comprehensive satisfaction eval-uation level. This paper takes the collaborative training results of a certain airline pilot-dispatcher as an example for empirical analysis, verifying the scientific and applicability of the satisfaction evaluation indi-cators and evaluation methods for collaborative training, effectively overcoming the subjectivity and ambi-guity of the evaluation information for collaborative training effectiveness, and providing ideas and refer-ences for the improvement of subsequent pilot dispatcher collaborative training methods and result evalua-tion methods.
