Research on VSIPL Trigonometric Function Vectorization Technology Based on SIMD
In order to improve the operation efficiency of trigonometric function in embedded signal pro-cessing software,a vectorization technology of trigonometric function based on Single Instruction Multiple Data(SIMD)is developedand the vector trigonometric function is implemented based on Vector Signal Image Processing Library(VSIPL)standard.At the same time,the performance of VSIPL vector trigono-metric function is tested on ARM platform and the test results show that this method has more than twice the acceleration effect compared with loop traversal,which indicates that this method can significantly im-prove the calculation efficiency and has certain engineering value in the field of high performance and portable signal processing software.
