Capacity Evaluation and Optimization in Terminal Area Based on TBO
With the rapid development of the air transportation industry,the number of flights is gradually increasing,resulting in saturation of available airspace resources in terminal areas,air traffic congestion,flight delays,and other phenomena.Based on the trend of future air traffic management model towards trajectory-based operation(TBO)mode,the paper considers the three capacity management participants of airports,control departments,and airlines,namely under different collaborative decision-making,estab-lishes a terminal area capacity optimization model.Using optimization-feedback algorithm based on slid-ing time window and metaheuristic simulated annealing algorithm,and using the Guangzhou terminal area as an experimental case for verification.The research results show that the model can effectively improve the utilization rate of airspace resources under different collaborative decision-making,and has certain effect on increasing the operating capacity of the terminal area.
