航空应急救援基地旨在为其服务半径内的需求点提供高效的救援服务,合理布局航空应急救援基地是提升应急救援能力的关键环节.在覆盖全域需求点的前提下,考虑基地建设成本、应急救援运行成本和救援时效,建立基于综合成本和时间满意度的双目标布局模型.考虑到传统遗传算法搜索过程的局限性,采用自适应遗传算法对模型进行求解,得到航空应急救援基地布局网络结构,为后续开展航空应急救援基地布局工作提供参考.
Research on Aviation Emergency Rescue Base Layout Based on Bi-objective Optimisation
Aviation emergency rescue bases are designed to provide efficient rescue services for the de-mand points within their service radius,and the rational layout of aviation emergency rescue bases is the key link to improve the emergency rescue capability.Under the premise of covering the demand points in the whole region,the dual-objective layout model based on comprehensive cost and time satisfaction is es-tablished by considering the cost of base construction,emergency rescue operation cost and rescue time.Considering the limitations of the search process of traditional genetic algorithm,Adaptive Genetic Algo-rithm(AGA)is used to solve the model and obtain the network structure of aviation emergency rescue base layout which provides a reference for the subsequent development of aviation emergency rescue base layout.
