In order to standardize the control of supplies for the flight test of commercial aircraft better,and improve the efficiency of its on-site support further,this research introduces a new idea of an"1+M+N"centralized-warehouse working mode and a calculating method of safety stock,which focuses on the centralized operation mode of commercial aircraft flight test and needs of its on-site material support,ba-sing on the working experience of on-site support.To verify the correctness of this operation mode and calculating method,this research builds a WTPN model of"1+M+N"warehouse operation,based on Petri network.Then a simulation is carried out on the model using CNP tools and a comparative analysis is conducted between calculation result of safety stock and practical operation data in warehouses of flight test enterprises.The simulation and result of analysis meet the expectation,giving a significant practicality and guidance for the practical operation of supply control of flight test enterprises.
