ATCRBS Spatial-temporal Partitioned Registration Based on ADS-B
Radar spatial-temporal registration is a primary step of air traffic control automation systems(ATCS),as the first step in multi-source information fusion, directly impacting trajectory accuracy, where registration accuracy critically affects flight safety. For the global parameters cannot correct the local non-Gauss offset, this paper describes a spatial coordinate projection conversion method based on projection. The measurements is processed at a uniform time by interpolation for time alignment. The method of cali-bration under partitioning is derived from the theory of bias estimation for space alignment.A method of the calibration surface is given. Finally, this paper is validated with three radar data from real measure-ments,and the distance deviation accuracy is improved by 9%~29%compared with the Generalized Least Squares calibration.
