摘要

随着机载电子硬件规模和功能架构复杂程度的增加,各种电子硬件开发和验证工具使用 日益广泛.机载电子硬件研制团队在硬件开发过程中,不仅要考虑机载电子硬件的适航审定要求,也要考虑研制过程中所用工具的鉴定要求.以DO-254和DO-330标准为基础,介绍了判断硬件开发和验证工具是否需要鉴定的流程、确定其工具鉴定等级的方法以及TQL-5级工具鉴定的生命周期过程.通过项目实例验证了方法的可行性.

Abstract

With the increase of the scale and complexity of the functional architecture of airborne electron-ic hardware,various electronic hardware development and verification tools are used more and more wide-ly.In the process of hardware development,the airborne electronic hardware development team should not only consider the airworthiness certification requirements of airborne electronic hardware,but also consid-er the qualification requirements of the tools used in the development process.Based on DO-254 and DO-330 standards,this paper introduces the process of judging whether hardware development and verifica-tion tools need qualification,the method of determining their qualification level,and the life cycle process of TQL-5 tool qualification.Finally,a project example proves that DO-330 is feasible as a conformance method for the qualification of airborne electronic hardware tools.
