摘要
目的 调查护士软技能的现状,并分析其影响因素,为护理管理提供参考依据.方法 采用自行设计的护士软技能测评量表,对197名护士进行问卷调查.结果 护士软技能评分为(117.55±11.14)分,处于一般水平；学历与护龄对护士软技能具有正向影响(P＜0.01).结论 随着护士学历及护龄的增加,其软技能也在不断增加.护理管理者在引进高学历护理人才的同时,应加强护士的相关培训,从而提高护士软技能水平.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status and related factors of nurees'soft skills in order to provide references for nursing management. Methods A total of 197 nurses were recruited. A self - designed nurses' soft skills assessment scale was employed. Results The mean score of nurses' soft skills was (117.55 ±11. 14), which was in the midele level. Education and years of work experience had effects on nurses'soft skills (P <0.01). Conclusion The ability of nurses'soft skills increases with their education level and work experience. Nursing managers should recruit higher education nursing personnel,and at the same time,they should enhance the training of nurses so as to improve the soft skill level of nurses.
