摘要
目的 探讨将叙事法运用于护理人文关怀的适用性及效果,为护理人文关怀实践的深入开展提供有效途径.方法 将叙事的具体方法运用于护理人文关怀,在病区和医院两个层面开展护理人文关怀故事分享系列活动.编写人文关怀故事集,分别对护士和护士长进行人文关怀故事分享后的调查.结果 在开展人文关怀故事分享活动中,护士的“帮助理解人文关怀内涵和意义”“和谐护患关系”得分较高,而“帮助降低职业倦怠感”得分最低;护士长的“护士同事之间关系更加融洽”“科室人文关怀氛围更加浓厚”得分较高,而“护士积极参加故事分享活动”得分最低.结论 叙事方法适用于临床护理人文关怀,但在内容、形式以及时间安排方面应进行适当改进,以促进其在传播护理人文关怀理念方面发挥更大作用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the applicability and effects of narrative applied to nursing caring and pave an effective way for further practice of nursing caring.Methods The narrative methods were applied to nursing caring,specifically,nursing caring stories sharing was carried out within our hospital.Nurses and head nurses were surveyed by the self-designed questionnaires to investigate the effects of sharing nursing caring stories.Results Among the effects,the items of " helping deepen understanding of connotation and meaning of caring" and "making the patient-nurse relationship become much more harmonious" were awarded the highest score by the nurses group,however "helping reduce the professional sluggishness "got the lowest.The head nurses group gave high scores to the items of "the relationship between nurses became more amicable "and "the atmosphere of nursing caring in the wards got richer and richer",but a lowest score to the "the nurses take an active part in stories sharing".Conclusion The narrative methods are suitable for nursing humanistic caring,but there is a need for further improvement in the content,form and time arrangement of narrative activities so that it could play a greater role in spreading the nursing humanistic caring concepts.
