摘要
论述了新军事变革下,建立应对战争形态和伤情变化特点的战创伤救护体系.在新军事变革下作战形态对战创伤救护的挑战方面,要应对战争突发性培养具有快速反应能力的护理队伍、根据现代战争特点构建空中、海上、陆地的立体救援体系、实施战伤快速救护加快恢复战斗力;在伤情变化对战创伤救护的挑战方面,要全面掌握战争环境下复合伤及危重伤员的救治技术、及时开展应激反应评价及心理护理支持、尽早实施战现场康复治疗.军队护理工作在适应新军事变革中,应建立快速反应的护理体系、创建救护与康复一体的救护模式、培养复合全能的战伤救护护士,建设战创伤救护体系.

Under the new military reform,the war trauma and rescue system should be set up to deal with the form of combat and the change of the injury.In the form of combat against trauma challenges,train the rapid response ability of nursing team to cope with the sudden war.According to the characteristics of the modern war,to build air,sea and land three-dimensional rescue system,to accelerate the recovery of rapid rescue combat.In the injury situation change to war trauma challenges,to fully grasp war environment compound injury and severe treat?ment wounded technology,carry out stress evaluation and psychological nursing supportin a timely manner,and implement the on-site rehabilita?tion as soon as possible.Build a war trauma and rescue system,establish a rapid response nursing system,create rescue and rehabilitation rescue mode,and train the all-around combat wounded rescue nurses.
