目的 探讨信息技术支持下的PDCA循环管理法在提高护理质量中的应用效果.方法 护理质量控制采用信息系统辅助下的PDCA循环管理方法,突出整改时效性,普查与重点检查相结合,确保全程客观真实.结果 改进质量控制方式后,护理不良事件发生率较低(P<0.05),患者满意度提高(P<0.01).结论 改进质量控制方式能促进质量检查结果的真实性、反馈的及时性和PDCA循环的有效性,有利于护理质量持续改进.
The application of information technology assisted PDCA in nursing quality control
Objective To explore the effectiveness of information technology assisted PDCA in improving nursing quality.Methods The nursing quality control mode adopted information system assisted PDCA to highlight rectification timeliness and check key inspections to en?sure the objective reality.Results After the reform quality control mode,the incidence of nursing adverse events was lower(P<0.05),and patients'satisfaction was higher(P<0.01).Conclusion The information technology assisted PDCA in nursing quality control can facilitate the authenticity of quality inspection results and improve the timeliness of feedback and effectiveness of PDCA cycle,which can favor the con?tinuous improvement of nursing quality.
