The research on current situation and influencing factors of decent work perception based on latent profile analysis on infec-tious diseases nurses
Objective To investigate the situation and latent profiles of perceived decent work among nurses in the infectious diseases department and to explore the influencing factors.Methods From December 2022 to February 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 356 infectious disease nurses from 7 hospitals in Shaanxi Province by using the General Information Survey,Decent Work Perception Scale,Work Reshaping Scale,General Self Efficacy Scale and Organizational Support Scale.And conducted a potential profile analysis of nurses'perception of decent work and analyzed the influencing factors.Results The perception of decent work among infectious disease nurses were divided into three categories:high sense of dignity group(14.04%),general sense of dignity group(46.07%)and low sense of dignity group(39.89%).The cognitive remodeling,self-efficacy,and organizational support were predictive factors for the potential profile classification of their sense of de-cent work(P<0.05).Conclusion The sense of dignified work among infectious disease nurses has three potential categories.Hospital man-agers should pay attention to work reshaping,self-efficacy and organizational support in nurse and improve the decent work perception and re-duce the turnover rate of infectious disease nurses through targeted management measures such as promoting nurse positive efficacy,increasing organizational support and promoting the ability of nurse work reshaping.
