As an important part of mobile medical support force in military hospitals,the composition and ability level of nursing staff in the medical support group directly affect the overall efficiency and quality of medical support task.The paper analyzed the current situation and summarized existing problems of principles,methods,selection procedures,personnel ability and training contents of nursing staff in military hospitals,and shared suggestions of specific scheme that from the top design group,the scientific innovation group methods,and reasonable set up the group of personnel training content and way which aims to provide reference for the efficiency and quality of medical service support for nursing staff in military hospitals.
