Current situation and influencing factors of kinesiophobia in maintenance hemodialysis patients
Objective To investigate the status of kinesiophobia in maintenance hemodialysis patients and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 256 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected by convenience sampling in a class A teritiary hospital in Jiangsu Province,general data questionnaire,Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia,Dialysis Patient Exercise Benefits/Barrier Scale,Revised Piper Fatigue Scale and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire were used to investigate.Results The incidence of kinetophobia in maintenance hemodial-ysis patients was 67.97%(174 cases).Logistic regression analysis results showed that age(OR=1.146,95%CI:1.065,1.233),fatigue scale score(OR=4.380,95%CI:2.288,8.386)and positive coping score(OR=0.896,95%CI:0.824,0.974)were the influencing factors of kine-siophobia in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Conclusion The incidence of kinesiophobia is higher in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Age,fatigue and positive coping are the main influencing factors,and fatigue is the most important factor.Medical staff can combine different influencing factors of maintenance hemodialysis patients and take targeted intervention measures to make patients establish the correct exercise attitude and behavior and improve the quality of life of patients.
